Client is not allowed to claim my work as their own, finished or not

As the artist, I retain the rights to the commissioned work

As the artist, I have the right to use the commissioned work in my portfolio and gallery unless specified by the client to be private

Reposts are allowed with watermarks and credits

Major edits are allowed during the sketch stage. Only minor edits are accepted during the rendering or final stages.

Any extra details added in the process that wasn't mentioned beforehand will be extra fees.

Custom commissions are accepted but there will be additional fee depending on how complicated the commission request is. I may request additional information like a rough sketch or a mood board.

Commissioned work is not allowed to be used for any NFT, AI, crypto purposes.

Client cannot cancel the commission before the sketch is completed after 50% of the payment for it has been made

Cancellation during the rendering or final stages is also not allowed.

I have the rights to decline a commission request if it does not fall within my skill range or for any other reason(s)

Client is allowed to ask for commission update(s)

Client will receive PNG files of the commissioned work via mail

Client will receive a watermark version and clean version

The prices listed are only a rough estimation of the final piece, prices may vary depending on the commission
